Body alignment analysis with a personalise 6-week programme to target body-misalignment from injury or poor posture the facilitate recovery, eradicate chronic pain through the postural chain enabling the body to reduce risk of further harm.

Programme includes

  • In-depth assessment of your current alignment with visuals and explanations which will be spoken through in the 60 minute assessment period you book.

  • A breakdown of your goals, your pains, previous/current injuries and what needs to be realigned- which will inform the bespoke exercise programme.

  • A discussion and run through of the exercises that will be allocated to you on your programme.

  • ‍ A ‍PDF and/or print out of the programme to be given to you following the conclusion of the assessment.

  • 4-6 week aftercare follow up to measure progress. including further recommendations i.e certain types of regular exercise classes to keep the work you’ve done from becoming undone.

What can this programme help?

  • Ankle. Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Neck issues

  • Plantar fasciitis, over pronation, knee and foot pains that won’t go away

  • Recover balance and strength through the postural chain (see image)

  • Recover balance in the kinetic chain (see images)

  • Issues relating to gait

  • Supporting knee injuries and operations- ideal after a physio to strengthen and align the surrounding muscles to remove compensations patterns that lead to more pain and change the gait.

  • Hip issues including soreness, tight muscles discomfort - often lead to back issues
