Starting with an in-depth assessment of your current alignment. Understanding how your injuries have contributed to changes in your posture causing injuries, your bespoke re-alignment plan will help you feel like your old capable self again
I don’t just wave goodbye after your assessment. Your program includes 4-6 weeks of follow-up care to track your progress, make adjustments, and provide recommendations to maintain your newfound alignment and prevent future pain. A continued bespoke exercise program based on your specific goals, pain points, and injury history. No generic routines only targeted movements designed to realign your body. structure and break the cycle of pain.
