Chronic Fatigue Syndrome /ME

Cause; Not recovering from Covid-19 or caovid-19 vaccine
Action; Correcting poor biomechanics and re-gaining neuro-muscular connection to strengthen postural muscles and movement will help build confidence in movement and understanding what it happening in the body and how to mentally cope.

Endometriosis- Whilst unique to CFS/ME it is cited that many symptoms mirror each other. The same approach to movement and exercise are therefore useful for sufferers. You will need to work with health care professionals alongside your programme ensuring you do not induce fatigue.

Cause; exact cause unknown
Action; Body alignment will significantly help with endometriosis by addressing muscle imbalances that will occur due to inactivity or compensatory movements due to pain. A paced movement program for each client is necessary for both mental and physical capacity.
